As a valued member of the UPMC Northwest family, we invite you to join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients through the iGive Employee Campaign, taking place from June 1-30.

Together with the Northwest Hospital Foundation, you can help play a vital role in meeting technology, education, quality of life, and patient hardship needs at our hospital. Every dollar you contribute stays right here at Northwest, and you can designate exactly where you want you donation to go.

This year, the medical staff has generously agreed to match all staff donations up to $10,000. With your help, we can raise $20,000 for UPMC Northwest!

When you donate or sign up for payroll deduction, you will be entered to win these prizes, drawn every Friday in June:

  • Movie Night Basket – $25 Netflix gift card and bucket of snacks
  • PerkUp Basket – $25 PerkUp gift certificate and gift carrier
  • Titusville Basket – 4 tickets to OC&T Railroad, Drake Well Museum, and $100 gift certificate to Fat Chad’s Brewing, courtesy of OC&T, Friends of Drake Well, and Fat Chad’s Brewing
  • Splash Lagoon Overnight Getaway Basket – Two-day admission to Splash Lagoon for up to 4 guests and overnight stay at a connected hotel, courtesy Scott Enterprises, plus $100 Sheetz gift card

You may make your donation online or using the gift form below. Please return your gift form to the box in the UPMC Northwest cafeteria or by interoffice mail (Seneca Place mail bin).

Donations must be submitted by noon each Friday to be eligible for the weekly drawing. Those with an ongoing payroll donation will be automatically entered.
