UPMC Northwest employee scholarship applications are being accepted between February 1 and 28, 2025. Scholarship decisions will be made and recipients notified in March.
Stephen C. and Marie F. Cenedella Nursing Scholarship
This scholarship was established to offset the cost of education intended to advance the scholarship recipient’s skills or qualifications as a member of the Hospital’s nursing staff. Recipients will exemplify excellence in clinical practice, professional development and should be both self-directed and independent in the practice of his/her profession.

Applicants must be employed at UPMC Northwest in nonclinical positions and enrolled in or accepted to a degree or certificate program related to providing direct patient care.

Please note: All scholarships are paid directly to the educational institution and not the employee. You must submit your tuition bill to Northwest Hospital Foundation with an outstanding balance equal or greater to the amount of your scholarship.
