Juliet Hilburn joined the Northwest Hospital Foundation in January 2023 and is responsible for coordinating annual giving programs and supporting outreach efforts related to fundraising.
She holds a master’s degree in strategic communications from Arkansas State University and a bachelor’s from Mercyhurst University. She recently completed a certificate in fundraising management from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
She is a member of the Oil City Rotary Club, Oil City-Franklin Zonta Club, and the NW Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, in addition to serving as Membership Chair for the FLEX Young Professionals organization through the Venango Area Chamber of Commerce. She is currently enrolled in the Leadership Venango program through the Venango Chamber.
