Theresa Edder joined the Northwest Hospital Foundation in May 2015 and is responsible for building and strengthening philanthropic ties within the community. She is also responsible for leading and strengthening a comprehensive program in support of the Foundation’s mission and goals.
Her background includes 25+ years’ experience in marketing and development in higher education and healthcare. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Clarion University in Communications and has certificates from the Indiana School of Philanthropy (IUPUI) in non-profit executive leadership and fundraising management.
She volunteers for several organizations, including Franklin Rotary, is a founding member of the Clarion County Community Foundation, and is a mentor to newer development professionals for the NW Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She continues to support her alma mater as the past chair of the Clarion University Alumni Association, board director for Clarion University Foundation, Inc., and serves on the Penn West Council of Trustee Special Advancement Committee.
