The easiest way to create a planned gift is by including a bequest in your will. If you wish to make a will bequest, please use the following language:
“I give the sum of $_____ [or ____ % of the residue of my estate] [or describe the real or personal property] to Northwest Hospital Foundation, 100 Fairfield Drive, Seneca, PA 16346, for the support of Northwest Hospital Foundation.”
You may also name Northwest Hospital Foundation as a beneficiary of your retirement account or life insurance policy. The Foundation would receive the full amount, tax-free.
